Sharlene is a mom first! Being an experienced Marketing and Communications professional with years of experience leading local and global brands is the cherry on top. As a Certified Life Coach with a focus in women-centered coaching and Psychological Safety, an MBA grad and Certified in Project Management, she is always looking for a solution and growth. She is also a proud member of the American Marketing Association. Sharlene started this agency to help women through the challenges she experienced when first starting off her journey of becoming a mompreneur and with her coffee cup in hand, she always brings her authentic self to her clients.
Sammie

Creative Lead
Mom, business owner and graphic designer, Sammie brings a wealth of creative experience to the team, overseeing the creative needs of our clients. Her twenty-three years as a graphic designer include working with small business brand development, multi-national marketing campaigns, global brands executions, events, corporate and entertainment publications, creative writing and more! Over the last five years Sammie also sharpened her skills in social media management, going further than just creative and impactful designing, with strategic social media plans and execution.
Her goal – to change the world with great design.

Twenty plus years of experience in industrial relations, has positioned Cornelia as the go to for senior human resource profressionals and companies in Saint Lucia and the Caribbean. Cornelia leveraged her Masters in Human Resources with her many years of working alongside the ILO. She is known for her knowledge in people policy and Human Resourse Managements and stellar professional writing. Taking her passion for the english language further, Cornelia is Certified in proofreading and Editing. With integrity as her core personal value, she does not compromise on honesty and ethics in all she does.
